Staff pretty nice except for Tracy! Very nasty and rude! Dr. Leland told me he’d refill my scripts till I get a new doctor he referred me to? Not! Was left in a mess and you call and Tracy is soo rude and nasty!
If I could give Zero Stars I would!! The way we were disrespected by the office manager was totally unbelievable and unacceptable! ZERO compassion was shown to our family! Dr Lelands level of care is terribly incompetent he has no information about any of the specialist my dad was seeing!! If I could give this office zero stars I would!! I went here for a annual physical exam which is covered as preventative care under my insurance and they coded that visit as a new patient visit which is not covered. I had to pay for lab work + the actual visit itself. I've moved many times in the past and had to get my annual check up done at a practice I've never visited before, but this is the first time I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered.
