Dr. Dy is great. The staff is not. My interactions with the staff have varied from cold and uncaring to downright rude and accusatory. Appointments often do not run on time. No cell service in the waiting room, so you can't even make good use of the wait time. Update: in 5 years, never gotten into an appointment on time. Typically 30 min, sometimes an hour wait AFTER scheduled appointment time.
Staff pretty nice except for Tracy! Very nasty and rude! Dr. Leland told me he’d refill my scripts till I get a new doctor he referred me to? Not! Was left in a mess and you call and Tracy is soo rude and nasty!
If I could give Zero Stars I would!! The way we were disrespected by the office manager was totally unbelievable and unacceptable! ZERO compassion was shown to our family! Dr Lelands level of care is terribly incompetent he has no information about any of the specialist my dad was seeing!! If I could give this office zero stars I would!!
