New patient! Staff was extremely nice...in and out visit with Dr. Adams!
Dr. Moss is one of the only doctors that I have been to that takes the time to fully understand my personal medical issues. He spends all the time necessary to get a complete understanding of the symptoms and is not quick to just prescribe something and send me out the door. His practice is not the typical Dr. office as it is under the MDVIP group. While there is a cost associated, I have never had an issue getting an appointment when needed and I feel that I get my money's worth.
Just called to find out information. Lady, Stacy, on the phone was very sassy and impolite. Here I am trying to find a doctor to go to. I have no idea what I am doing. And I get a sassy response for my question. If I am getting sassy response from someone on the phone that the job is to have good customer service skills, how is the doctor? I'm not sure. Perhaps good. Perhaps not. Who knows. To another place I go with quality customer service.
