Drive up at 2:30 pm on a Saturday feeling like I had the flu. Was happy to see only 3 cars in the parking lot and the sign on the door that said “walk-ins welcome”. Only one patient in the waiting room and as I reached for the clipboard to sign in, an employee ran up to tell me they are not taking any walk-in patients...smiling as she delivered the message. This place sucks. Got told one thing on the phone and got there and the info I got told was way incorrect. The staff is rude, and the office manager sucks ass. They didn't take accountability for the misinformation I was given and I'm a Heath care professional myself, I know the importance of giving and receiving good patient care. This place did NOT do well in that department.
I've had issues w/billing. They hit you w/bills at the window. Which have been taken care of, past lab work. But I like Dr EKWEANI & staff.
Dr.Ekweani not only is my physician but to my kids as well!!! I have yet to have a problem with him! Gotta LOVE him and the staff!!! Have been going to him for now 7 yrs.
First at the office when it opened. Heavily insured with a child having fell and gashed his chin - after an hour wait and watching others come in after and get taken back before I asked "how much longer do you think it will be?" Response - "oh I'm calling the insurance company now". We left not that she seemed bothered. Do NOT give this Place your business unless you want to sit in a filthy lobby and wait.
The staff is amazing and they take their time to make sure their clients are good! They explain every detail to make sure you understand! Just a great place to come!
