The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional and untrained. I called this morning to book a service exists on their website and she completely refused to book the service for no reason. She even shouted on the phone while talking to me.
The Corvallis Clinic Dr Duo of Stanley and Navarro have taken care of me and my family for years! I got my knee replacement in November and yet they have made themselves available for every question, quirk & oddity that I could hit them with. I feel seen and heard at every turn. I have been fortunate enough to be under the care of Dr Janel Lawrence for many years. She listens to my concerns, explains everything for my understanding, and refers me to specialists as needed.
After waiting 10 days for a referral to physical therapy, I discovered that no such referral had been issued. When I called the switchboard and asked for the internal medicine practice manager (to make a complaint), I was promptly hung up on. Glad you're committed to patient care there!
Feb 2025 The Corvallis Clinic is now owned by United Healthcare. Staffing is going down hill fast. The staff, nurses and doctors are operating more like a forward base hospital with a shrinking staff and some sort of band-aid attempts to cobble services together. The lab at times is overwhelmed with far too many patients being covered by too few staff. This is not the "old" Corvallis Clinic that was 5 Star 10-15 years ago.
