She’s the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind doctor I’ve ever encountered.
Debbie Alldritt as well as myself felt that Jeanne Hall at the reception desk was extremely friendly and very efficient and understanding of my questions. I also felt that Vanessa the PA to dr. Scott was also very efficient and friendly and answer my questions completely and was very patient with me and with my concerns. These people are rock stars. The front desk staff is always helpful and efficient, Danielle is so kind and pleasant, Dr Scotts assistant Vanessa is the nicest person to work with when you need help with anything. Dr Scott is very kind and a wonderful practitioner, she is a very thoughtful and I am glad I have her as my doctor.
--Editing my review because of my most recent experience--- New Review: WATCH OUT FOR DOUBLE BILLING!!! here's what happened to me: I went in for a physical (100% covered by my insurance). I discuss w/ Kelly my upcoming travel for ~3 mins, she recommends certain Yellow fever shot (which I can't even get at their office). Sutter Health billed my insurance company for the cost of the physical, which my insurance pays for.
