I love this practice, but they need help with efficiency, scheduling, and communication. I book the 7:30 lab appointment so I can get to work on time. Today I sat in the waiting room until 8:15 because the “order wasn’t entered.” The office staff should have communicated this to me but instead, I had to ask.
