Came out quick, found the problem fast.
Called Javier at 8pm on a Sunday regarding a pipe leak. He came over quickly and diagnosed the problem. Roots penetrated a sewer pipe. He showed the damage with his camera. He had his crew out the next morning exactly at the time stated. Got taken care of. Thanks Javier
