The business was not transparent about the scope of work. After hiring them and agreeing on the job, they added extra work and costs without clear communication. When I asked questions about the plumbing, the plumber argued with me in an unprofessional manner. I hired them because I needed professional help and knowledge. I ultimately had to terminate the contract and hire someone else, after covering all labor and material costs.

Get Rooter and Plumbing jet cleaned a drain line for me and Andy and the team were competent and did a good job. Javier came the next day with a camera to make sure it was done correctly and all my concerns were completely addressed. I would highly recommend them!
