I have only seen Karen Cooksey at this practice for the last 7+ years. She is very thorough, intelligent and one of the nicest medical professionals I have seen. She is a Nurse Practitioner, and I wouldn't stop seeing her for even the best Dr. in the world.
My Doctor was Dr Carolyn Sigman In Alpharetta ,Ga. She is no longer there and I sure miss her, Best Pleasant , knowledgeable. and almost like family, I do wish I could find out where she is now as I would change in a minute. Office not the same !!! Went to her for many years and my husband also, he would not go to anyone else . Loved that lady !
Dr Sigman is no longer at this practice. I had a long standing relationship with her. I'm not sure if she is practicing again or not. I would follow her if she is. I did have my last physical with the new Dr (at this practice) end of last year. I was not impressed but, unless I find Dr Sigman, will likely give another chance before making a decision to look elsewhere.
I thought I had found a great practice until I went for an annual after having the normal labs done the week prior. Doc (not Dr. Sigman) wanted addt'l bloodwork; I asked what for and she said, "let's wait for the results". Turns out she was testing me for auto immune stuff that she never discussed with me; all was fine but I was furious that I was treated like a child and was not given the respect of a conversation about what was ordered.
