Heard a lot of good things about him and how difficult he is to get in with. Big mistake once we got him. Misdiagnosed my child twice who had pneumonia/concussion. He's always rushing, out the door within 5 min. Once he shuts the laptop, your appt. is over and can't get a word in without him walking away. Always giving free samples, but I rather have a doc who can diagnose accurately. Considering to sue him for negligence.
My daughters have been seeing Dr. Bilella since birth.He has always treated us with kindness and professionalism while always being personable at their visits.They are now 18&20 and will continue to see him as adults.
If I could give it 0 o would. WORST treatment with patients ever. I have been yelled at at this place. They don’t care about you or your kids. Only about money. Don’t ever go there. Don’t waste your time. Worst staff and neglect people. Don’t waste your time. There more options available that will treat you and your family good

I would definitely NOT recommend! We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this office today. Despite having a scheduled 4-week checkup for our newborn, we were turned away for being a few minutes late and due to a clerical insurance issue—something out of our control. As new parents just weeks postpartum, we expected more understanding and flexibility.
