The doctors are great! Always had good experiences and service until lately. You never get called back even after leaving multiple messages.
I am extremely disappointed with how this clinic handled my daughter’s care and an insurance billing issue. My daughter’s appointment had been scheduled approximately two months in advance. Less than a week before that appointment, the clinic canceled it because of an outstanding balance. The problem? The balance was not correct. The insurance coverage we originally had was terminated when my daughter was born and our coverage was switched.
