Is anybody know if the practice is still open I cannot get a hold of anybody
I absolutley love my doctor but this new location is horrible. The front desk staff is always unprofessional on the phone and seem like they have no idea what they're doing. On my first appointment at this location, they failed to bill my insurance correctly and several months later have still not resolved the issue. When I called a few weeks ago to schedule a simple blood draw, the lady on the phone sighed loudly with frustration and said she'd be way too busy on the day my doctor requested. We were running late to our appointment and I was told it would take a little longer to see the doctor, it took an hour. The doctor was very apologetic and appreciate that. I'm hoping for a better encounter next time
