Rude and Nasty! Can’t even make it passed the rude woman on the phone because no matter what inquiry you have she transfers you to a different department where no one answers and ur just leaving messages. Im not sure how leaving a message will answer my immediate question but I do know I WILL NOT be calling back. Pathetic!!
