This doctor’s office should be closed down. I don’t know why Google hasn’t created an option to enter zero stars for businesses yet. I am in shock by how extremely rude the office staff and the doctor are. Every time I am on the phone with the staff they cut you off mid-sentence and have the audacity to say you’re interrupting them. I’ve left multiple messages with the Dr’s supposed medical assistant and after weeks she has yet to call me back. If I could give zero stars I would. Kathy Maher is a wonderful medical professional and my review is nothing towards her. The front desk staff is by far the rudest, unqualified, unprofessional, and difficult staff I’ve encountered in my entire life. I stood at the front desk window for 8 minutes with an entire staff behind the window not acknowledging me. If I could give a 0 I would. By far the rudest front desk staff I have encountered. I tried speaking to the manager and she wouldn't even take my phone call to resolve an issue. How is that right? The doctors there are great, but what's the point if to get to them you have to deal with rude front desk employees. I don't plan on going back and wouldn't recommend anyone either. Kathy Maher, a nurse practitioner, was my primary care provider. She consistently provided exceptional care and I had referred other family members to her. The office staff however billed me and attempted to collect charges that, according to AARP Medicare Advantage, were not owed by me. The Office Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been under Kathy Maher's care since 2010 when I moved to NJ. From day one she has always been on point. She cares about all of her patients. Most times you have to wait a little longer for your appointment, but the attention you are giving once you are in the examination room is worth it. Thank you Kathy Maher for everything!
