I should have researched this unprofessional office and seen their 2.6 Google review before I wasted my time. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE if you're serious about getting proper medical assistance or being treated with courtesy. Terrible practice in Hamden. Do NOT SEE Sheerlaine, NP. Useless! I called 9 times in one week to refil my rx rgat I have been on for 10 years!!! I will now feel sick since she is LAX in responding the pharmacist!!! Do not visit her!
My GP is part of this group and turned me away today (9 weeks pregnant, multiple negative Covid test done by my employer) for wanting to get my cough checked out to make sure it’s not bronchitis or pneumonia because the couch is a Covid symptom. Like I said I have had multiple Covid test over the last 3 weeks and all negative, I have mot other symptoms of Covid, and am nervous for my baby.
