They have some great physicians and nurse practitioners, but the office staff is very inefficient!! Everything has become worse since the "CPG" came into existence!! Good luck on getting someone to return your call! However, if you owe them any money, they'll burn your phone up! Someone in the executive office needs to step up and make some changes!!
Office staff here is a DAMN JOKE!!! Really need to get their stuff together!!!!
Don't bother being early for an appointment that was made 3 months ago. Everyone who walks in after you is still seen first. This is how 15+ year clients are treated. If I had not been seeing pansy for so long I would leave. This is the third time I have experienced this service. Looking for a new doctor? I recommend looking elsewhere.
