Dr. Jalazo was a valued practitioner within this medical group/practice while I was his patients since 2021. Since his well deserved retirement, the transference of his patients to fellow physicians within the same practice has been disorderly, time consuming, and disruptive to my healthcare. He acknowledged his retirement at the end of May 2023 and I am now waiting until October to be seen by an NP, as the physicians are booked into 2025 as I am now considered to be “a new patient”.
