We have been greatly blessed by the very thorough & compassionate care we have received from Dr Travis Bias, Danielle, and his courteous staff. During my wife's severe anemia during 2012, Dr Bias went in on a Saturday just so he could contact us and get her treatment started quickly, rather than waiting until Monday. Over 7 min. late - 35.00 re fee, hurry, hurry, hurry office. Rude staff, his personal medical assistant nice but DONT BE LATE -- EVEN she can be bitchy and condescending. Dr. Bias always had a medical student with him, so it's not to private. I have seen him about 4 times. Not impressive, nice guy but you get the feeling you are a distraction to him more than a patient and hurry, hurry, hurry, too. I called my healthcare provider and got a new doctor, more because of the lousy customer interaction with the doctor staff.
