Do not go here!! This establishment especially internal medicine department is absolutely terrible! Everyone in the front needs to have customer service training including some medical assistants. The front staff is rude, the wait time to see the nurse practitioner/doctor is absurd. I spent 2 hours waiting in the front and another hour in the back just for the machine to not work to get the lab results requested. Appointment time 1:20pm arrived early, checked in, paid my co pay and waited 3 and half hours, it was a a bad experience.
Wait months for an appointment. Once you arrive you wait months to be seen at the office. No way all these degrees in here can't figure out better planning. Oh and np Rosalinda took forever to come in yet rushed with me. Interesting. I'd probably let myself die before returning. 🤷🏾♀️
