Where do I begin? This office is a joke. The front desk is rude and has 0 customer service skills. The “Dr” I was seeing put me on all kinds of medication for my ear and I’m still having issues with it. I had blood work done and there’s clearly something wrong because my tests state abnormal but they kept telling me I was fine. Had a stroke in March 2023. Was taken and admitted to a Kettering Health Hospital off Miamisburg Centerville Rd. I was seen bedside by a male physician affiliated with this practice and told I'd have another stroke in 6 months. I did, while visiting in MN. Mayo Hospital admitted me. Once back in Ohio, I called this office to see that man. Instead, I was seen by a female doctor named Ingrid Brown. I seen dr brown today and I don’t think I have ever had such good care before. She took her time with me and went over everything from my head to my feet. Love this doctor and would very much recommend her.
Down to one endocrinologistwho's covering two patient loads. Emails take weeks to answer. Dose change took a month to answer. Quality of care has dropped since his partner left because they are so busy. Failed to review my labs or change my dose entirely at one point. Just never got back to me. My TSH wasn't stable. It took 2 months to fix what should have taken 2 weeks.
