UPMC is the worst hospital ever. I will say their staff is very friendly and wonderful people. But their protocol and procedures make it impossible for people to do their job efficiently you would think with all this technology, it would make it a smooth process and quick but this is not the case it seems as if things take twice as long, and the doctors are not very well informed
