I have been going to Peace Health Cordata for close to five years. It can be a little challenging at first, but once you are established with the organization the experience is pretty good. My wife and I have a primary care physician (Mohammed Mohiddin) who I would rate as one of the best doctors I have had in my 65 years on the planet. No customer service. My mother developed a UTI after her back surgery and needed to provide a sample for testing. Unable to travel for 2 weeks—Dr. Garo’s office NP called to let us know that I could come by to p/u a collection kit. When I arrived, one front desk woman was sitting at the computer and told me to wait, that someone would be with me and went back to typing on her computer. There are about 20 internists at this location. They are understaffed with regard to answering calls and messages to the medical team, sometimes taking 45 minutes to answer the phone and weeks to reply to non-urgent secure messaging questions, but do their best once you have their attention, and the doctors are friendly and as competent as one can expect.
