Not a patient (and will NEVER be one after speaking with Susan and Lynn. I was hung up on by Susan) After scheduling an appointment a month ago for June 5th, I had an issue come up a few days later that would prevent me from making this appointment. I call and they promptly rescheduled for May 29…perfect. Even better. Then I received a call on May 21 informing me that the 29th appointment will need to be rescheduled and they can do the 23rd.
