Very unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment for me, “approved my insurance”, when I got there I was late because I was lost (it was my first time), to only find out that they weren’t taking me but not because I was late, it was because they don’t take my insurance and never gave me a call about that.
My Mom was a patient of Dr. Song. She had dementia and Dr. Song was so kind and caring with her. She was very respectful while still addressing any concerns I had as her primary caregiver. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough, intelligent, caring physician.
