Very disappointed in this practice I went in with a double ear infection extreme pain. They told me they would call in my eardrops and they did not. I then called the on-call line. A different doctor called me back and said I have no way of knowing what the doctor you saw, was going to call in for you, and I’m not willing to call him to find out Patients beware this is not a good practice
