RecommendedI will admit that I am a "choosy" person when it comes to selecting my health care. I have been a patient at Internal Medicine Associates of S.E. Michigan since 2002 and have no plans on leaving. The office staff is personal, kind and very thorough. And... the Dr. is extremely knowledgeable! She LISTENS! She truly cares about her patients and spends the time needed to help them with their medical issues. I understand emergencies happen and appointment times may change 15-30mins. Seems like they should concern that before scheduling appointments.. second time waited over an hour or more to be seen my time is just as important as your.
The doctor is great, however, the staff are terrible! They repeatedly make mistakes and are uncaring. I don't feel safe going there any longer
