Dr. Austin is my physician, been going to him 10 plus years. He and his staff are excellent, I never wait long in the waiting room, if I do they always let me know the status and I appreciate that. The technology (mobile application), and new facilities are incredible. Dr. Austin and his staff are extremely efficient and lab results or always a fast turnaround, and if a phone call is needed for further explanation of my lab reports, they are more than willing to walk me through the details.
