This rating is for Dr. Steven Massoud at the Irving location. I had an appt for 4pm today. I showed up at 4:05pm. I was immediately told I would likely have to reschedule. I explained that the delay was caused by me not being from the area as I just moved from out of state and I got a little confused with the directions. I was also coming from work and hit rush hour traffic. I showed my out of state license to prove it but this was to no avail.
