Rebecca's husband not doing well these days.....wrong choice of words..
Dr. Defoor, the Nurses and office staff are great but the older woman who draws blood in their lab is terrible! Both times she's dug and dug in my arm. Every other phlebotomist and lab tech in town can draw blood right away but this vein winch enjoys inflicting maximum damage I guess. And nasty attitude to boot. Thank God everyone else there including Dr. Defoor is so wonderful they make up for her inability to perform.
