Experience was awesome as always. Dr Benson is the best! She’s patient and kind!
I have been a patient of Dr. Benson for any years. She is a wonderful listener and very knowledgeable. The staff at this location and the Johns’s Creek location are very pleasant. I have always received timely responses to any of my questions or requests.
Front desk lady is very rude and had an attitude for no reason- sorry this is the job you signed up for? She didn’t want to help me and kept cutting me off with a nasty tone when i was nothing but nice. She was trying to tell me my results aren’t ready when the nurse herself left me a voicemail saying my results are ready and I’ve now called 3 times to no avail to hear the results of my labs. It’ll be 2 weeks with trying to reach them if they don’t answer by tomorrow- Friday
