Been going here for a few years now and I love it. Secretary's are amazing and personable, nurses and all other staff are extremely polite and always have a smile.

There is no lolly gagging. they get things done! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and efficient! I hate doctors but I love IMAA and Dr. Childress!

The care that received was very professional. They listen to my symptoms and act accordingly. And the smiling faces go a long ways with me as I am in the smile business and take note when someone smiles.

I have been a patient for over 15 years, until my recent visit with Dr. Legrett- he literally LAUGHED at me and said "I don't care what you said on the phone"... and proceeded to walk out on me- once he realized I have Fidelis. I obviously threw a fit because I drove over 2 hours to get there and left my career that day in order to finally have a break from work where I can get myself checked out! He had no remorse, no sympathy..... I'm completely astonished, and disgusted with his idea of compassionate healthcare- A blatant... read more

The doctor pretends she cares but does not make up excuses why they get rid of you if your on Fidelis worry your next going there for 28 years then boom the new doctors don't want you money is all they are concerned about certainly not the patient especially when you have major medical problems
