Doctors are great. When i'm in the office services great. However, if you make a phone call, you may not get a response, and you may have to call them back again. Phone system is poor. Response from phone system is poor. I shouldn't have to keep calling back to get a reply to my original phone call

Staff and new Doctor were exceptionally rude & lacking in empathy regarding a patient issue, my elderly mother. Incredibly poor communication when dealing with front desk staff & a woman who identified herself as only Hello and then when I asked for clarification -shouted Morgan…was quite dismissive with a very unpleasant attitude. Heartbreaking. It used to be a very caring, lovely little practice- I was a very satisfied patient, too!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and I just called to schedule an appointment with my PCP, who was Natalia Dementovych, but the receptionist told me she’s no longer there. So I said I still need to see a doctor to get a clearance for my upcoming surgery. This receptionist, who sounded like a new guy, was very short with me. He was sassy and rude in his tone.
