The only reason I go there is for Dr. Rigotti! He's the best unfortunately getting ready to retire 😢 front desk are miserable & don't pay you any mind when you walk in like their conversations about themselves are more important than you 😒
Doctors are great. When i'm in the office services great. However, if you make a phone call, you may not get a response, and you may have to call them back again. Phone system is poor. Response from phone system is poor. I shouldn't have to keep calling back to get a reply to my original phone call
Staff and new Doctor were exceptionally rude & lacking in empathy regarding a patient issue, my elderly mother. Incredibly poor communication when dealing with front desk staff & a woman who identified herself as only Hello and then when I asked for clarification -shouted Morgan…was quite dismissive with a very unpleasant attitude. Heartbreaking. It used to be a very caring, lovely little practice- I was a very satisfied patient, too!
