I was judged for my history and told I have a mental health disorder after a 15-minute conversation. Apparently I cause my own physical illness using solely the powers of my mind.
The front office is very rude and definitely not focused on customer service. I actually got yelled at and cut off by the front desk lady on the telephone. I'm just trying to get a simple prescription refilled for blood pressure. I'm a young man who doesn't need to go see the doctor that often and they require me to come in to look me in the eye take my copay and write my prescription (no blood draw or urine, just see me and take my co-pay and insurance and give me my prescription).
THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE NOT HELPFUL. THEY CAN'T EVEN WALK YOU THROUGH THEIR RECORDS REQUEST PROCESS.
I love this practice! Dr. Murati is the best. He really takes time with you. He is extremely thorough. The office staff is very kind. I highly recommend!
