I’m not angry, I’m just disappointed. Actually, you know what? No. I AM angry. This office disregarded me, disrespected me, and promised me VERY SIMPLE things with which they never followed through. I was contacted by the Practice Manager, Allison Sims, was told she would call me and investigate my issues and I never received any call.
