Nursing stuff can be rude, usually takes several tries to get medication refills, also can take up to 48hrs to get a call back. They would prefer you to go to Urgent Care and not bother them.

The doctors here are amazing. Everyone I’ve been seen by has been attentive and listened well to the things I’ve said. The doctors are very practical and will provide you with potential home remedies before writing prescriptions that may not be necessary.
