Unfortunately, I had the horrible experience of dealing with this office, apparently the dr forgot to fax the prescription to the pharmacy, next day after three request, the wrong prescription was faxed , I had to stop by the office to beg them for one more fax for the new medicine, mind you this horror story started on Tuesday , still I am with no med on Thursday morning. The receptionist Ms. Diamond was in very bad mood.

This place is the worst in customer service, my grandparents have been patients for more than 10 years, and not even out of consideration for so long do they fill out some documents that they needed, which would not take more than 10 minutes, the receptionists give many excuses not to let you talk to the Doctor, even the Doctor doesn't want you to call him, that is so ridiculous, they are so unprofessional, they don't have the tact to talk to their patients at all times, it's sad that your own race treats you this way. Not a caring individual as evidenced by his snotty staff and inattention to pain medicine refill requests for a stage 4 Cancer patient. I tried several times by phone to have my paid meds prescriptions electronically submitted to my pharmacy; first request on a Friday was ignored, next telephone request was ignored until a personal visit to his office was made.
