Dr Evelyn Bickley gives excellent care with compassion! Most recent she examined, CT in office, radiologist read and Rx treatment plan within one days time. I’m so thankful she’s my doctor and worked me in. I feel had she not seen me so quickly, I could have ended up in the hospital as opposed to at home.
You get different answers depending on who answers the phone. They don't take certain insurance and won't take cash.... thanks for not being helpful at all....

I am a long time patient of Dr. Roberta Andrews and my husband has been seeing Dr. N. Brad Stevens for 20 years since his former doctor in the practice retired. We both trust them completely with our care! They are through, attentive and truly seem interest in us as people as well as patients. They get back to us when we call and leave a message. By the way, they take our United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, so maybe it depends on your type of medicare policy.
My husband's doctor, who is with this practice, seems to be good although very traditional. The problem is the office system. You cannot reach a doctor who will help you after hours, even with a prescription for pain in the case of a repeating kidney stone that usually passes. Doctor on call was very abrupt and said to go to the emergency room--during COVID. Recently, we started receiving bills from 5 years ago.
