Rude front desk lady on the phone , let’s change the tone before talking to patients, obviously if they an are asking a question schedule related question why transfer them to the nurse ? Whoever answered my 2nd call after the nurse voicemail picked up was very sweet and polite 🫶🏽 . I can tell it was totally 2 receptionist.

I am very satisfied with the patient care at Internal Medicine Associates. Dr. Dawn Bryant is very personable and thorough.
While I was there with a family friend getting care I overheard one of the workers named Lisa at their check out desk yelling at one of the nurses seemed very unprofessional of her. however everyone else I’ve interacted with has been very pleasant.
