Stood in for my doctor who had a trip, she released me right after birth with half my blood volume, my insides were falling out. I had to get a transfusion, it was awful with my first newborn.
I would never recommend that Dr to anyone
Dr. Brabson has changed the face of OB care in Knoxville with room in labor and delivery facilities and in office/hospital midwifery care that is very requested in the area. He is an exceptional surgeon with tons of knowledge and experience. He is also a kind and caring man who goes above and beyond to treat his patients and give them individual care. I know this because he delivered my children and has treated me for 30 years. I highly recommend Dr. Brabson.
I had a procedure done by Dr Brandon I was taken to the back was not expecting to have everything explained to me but nothing he never came back to see me I was told nothing very little info at all I was wheeled out to the front and put in my car and left I filled a complaint with the hospital the next morning I called his office and had my records moved over to UT medical center where very professional staff was ready to take over my care . I have only seen Dr Ellis one time so far. He is one of the most friendly doctors He explained everything so well and he answered all my questions I trust and value his opinion.
After seeing Dr. Brabson (same practice) and feeling dismissed, Dr. Toney was an amazing change of pace. She’s professional, relatable, and listens to concerns. Her staff is always smiling— as is she. Honestly, she just seems to love what she does and does it well.
Switched insurance just to be dropped for no good reason, office manager is rude and staff apparently isn't able to take info and enter it in correctly.
Avoid
Two telehealth appointments for my son. The first one was promising. My son went for labs the following week. We were told when we called that labs were in, left repeated messages. Waited weeks for results in telehealth appointment, only for the egotistical doctor to not listen or believe my son or me. Instead, he made unfounded, illogical accusations and refused to retest.
