My doctor is excellent but the office is a mess. They are always running late which I believe is due to over booking patients. My last visit I waited for over 1 hour for my previously schedule visit and when ask the front desk what was the hold up she just told she NEVER read the sign in sheet and NEVER signed me in. Great wasted my time, gas and I got nothing done.
Dr. Bohm tells you like it is. He asks how you feel and how your are doing instead of just reading a test result! I need a doctor that cares about how I feel not how a test result reads. NOBODY IS THE SAME SO TEST RESULTS VARY. Dr. Bohm exams the person and the test results. Then he balances them. If you want a doctor that will tell you like it it, then Dr. Bohm is the one for you. However, if you want some to tell you that you are perfect, then stay home and lie to yourself.
If you want a return phone call....... If you are looking for a great doctor (Dr. Paz) this is the place to go. If ever need an insurance referral, prescription refill or just a return call never ever go there. I have waited one to two weeks for a return phone call only to have to make another one. Even called the administration to complain (granted I said not urgent) but after 2 weeks still no return phone call. A first time visit with Dr. Bohm, left us with a very bad taste. This doctor was very rude, arrogant, and self righteous. He has absolutely no bedside manner and we would not ever recommend him to any of our family or friends. We will also notify our insurance to the kind of doctor he is and to how he made a new patient feel. When he asked a question, he would yell before an answer was give.
My 84 year old mother had gone to Dr. Pattison for over 20 years. However, recently she had found it more and more difficult to drive from Mandarin to the Riverside area for her office visits. She asked if he would recommend another doctor that might have an office near Baptist Hospital South. He recommended another doctor who has not yet, but intends to open an office out that way sometime in the future.
