Terrible. After I called I was reading the reviews and I called back about a question I had he responded with a terrible attitude. Im pretty sure that’s why they always have availability. Do not waste your time.
Dr Reddy and the team are great! Very flexible and helpful.
Was referred by my pcp. This place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! No website to make appointments or email for contact and No One has ever answered the phone. Left several specific messages regarding making a initial appointment for much needed gout infusion. Obviously, it appears that this facility doesn’t care about customer/ patient service. Unacceptable, APPALLING!!!

ABSOULTLY HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your time. I got a emergency referral to this place and made my very first appointment. Apon checking in they told me I missed 3 appointments when I never missed a single one. When I asked to provide documentation of these alleged missed appointments they would not provide it. Then when I ask to speak to a supervisor they again refused.
