Absolutely awful customer service with inexperienced personnel. Stay far away if you care about your health.
Terrible customer/patient service. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you call or ask a question. You have to call and leave multiple messages over a week or more to get medication refills. They treat you like a number, never answer the phone, and have the shortest hours of any medical practice I have ever seen.
I have been coming to Dr. Shah for about 7 years now and never had an issue. They are attentive, listen to the problems I have, and gladly work with me if a medication isn't working or if I need a referral to a specialist. All around excellent experience!
Run from this place. Also, these stupid hospital systems try to hide these doctors reviews with multiple sites to look at so look for the other one out there. There shouldn’t be too hard to find. someone complained about how Dr. Doshi was responsible for her brother’s death!
