I came in for a routine annual preventive exam and clearly communicated that to the staff. Despite that, I was billed over a thousand dollars for additional services I didn’t request or agree to. No one explained that answering basic health questions could lead to extra charges. I raised my concerns multiple times, but they refused to correct the billing or take responsibility. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.
Please avoid this place or they will over charge you. I recently visited here for my annual physical, and I'm extremely disappointed with their billing practices. During my checkup, they asked is there any concern you want talk to your doctor? I mentioned a my concern about feeling hungry sometimes, which is something I believe should naturally be covered in an annual physical exam.
