Excellent Medical Staff! Dr. David Carter has been our physician some 20 plus years. We have found him to be intelligent, caring, loving, and up on the latest medical issues and treatment options. My husband has been in long term care for three and half years and Dr. Carter has truly been there for me and I thank God for him!
