This facility is very relaxing and clean. Ms. Phyllis will explain everything that she offers in detail and answer any questions that you may have. Her prices are fair and she’s very friendly as well. So far I’ve had two visits at Internal Fitness and will be going back for her services. My mother even enjoyed her experience at Internal Fitness.
