RecommendedI had my first colonics today and I was very nervous. Mrs. Debra made me feel at ease and is very professional. She told me about certain foods I should not eat and what foods I should be eating more of. After my colonic I felt very light and my stomach was not bloated. I will be going back for a 3 day cleanse very soon. Thanks Mrs. Debra!
