Regarding DRYDEN WEST LAKE: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. I lived here for almost 2 years. I treated my unit with so much care. It was my home. I left the apt clean and in great shape. I left May 17th and my deposit was never refunded to me. Terrible company and even worse practices. They apparently make it a habit of sending invoices to collections BEFORE they provide them to their tenants. We've gone as far as to report them to the Texas AG, and I hope action is taken to protect people from these predators.
Rip off! Don’t do business with them. I unfortunately did some business with them. They stopped the distributions and never responded to my emails?
