I will be filing a police report, a lawsuit, and a claim for violation of the Fair Housing Act to collect money they stole from me. This company managed my apartment complex in San Antonio until recently and when they transitioned management to the new company, they fled with a deposit I submitted to reserve on of the amenities. I have called several times over the past few months, the new management company has called them, and I have left messages to no avail. I will seek and receive justice.
Past resident of the residences at 3000 Bardin (nasty, stinky property, & horrible parking) and my time there was not favorable. This company won’t even answer the phone to hear any of your concerns; crappy customer service. If giving 0 was an option I would give it!
Regarding DRYDEN WEST LAKE: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. I lived here for almost 2 years. I treated my unit with so much care. It was my home. I left the apt clean and in great shape. I left May 17th and my deposit was never refunded to me. After numerous calls and being told I would receive a call back from management, today, Oct 14, I was finally able to speak to someone.
