We brought their Wind River Series Sierra Oak about 2 1/2 years ago from our local Great Floors. We absolutely loved the floors and the color was exactly what we wanted. But, the boards started separating from each other. We had Great Floors come out and fix it twice but they kept separating. Then we noticed the floors bowed in multiple spots!
