This company absolutely sucks! They did half of the job and then billed me. They refused to finish the job and I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
called to set up bid, they said be out Friday or Monday. no one came either days. Wednesday called to set up another bid, again no show. I guess they are too good to give people bids or even call them back if not going to show up. totally unprofessional and will never get my business.
2 weeks of no shows, was supposed to install garage door, no calls, just me calling them.. I guess I'm the idiot for putting up with that kind of poor business practices.
Awful! Terrible customer service and no-shows. We are left with NO insulation under a portion of our home after repeated excuses from the "company". They say they'll show up & we stay home from work for them to complete the job, yet they are a no-show without calling then we have to call them. This has happened 3 times in a row now for us-every time some excuse. I do NOT recommend this "company" to anyone. We will pay someone from Spokane or Yakima before dealing with intermountain west insulation ever again.
Employees are terrible! They pretend they have weapons to intimidate people!
