The most chaotic, unorganized, uncaring, multi-step process I’ve never had a colonoscopy. It wasn’t for the insurance game that I am playing to make sure it gets paid in full. Horrible!!! I was going there and seeing Doctor Capener for my IBD; I am considered High-Risk and they don’t seem to know what that means. I am on an infusion that according to the FDA requires surveillance with labs. Dr. Capener never orders the labs for years as he should have been doing every 4-6 months and when I began to experience negative symptoms and could not get a reply from them I consulted with another doctor who told me that I should have been getting blood work done. Terrible communication needs work. Was never given a time for my colonoscopy before now and it’s scheduled for the Monday after Christmas. They’re supposed to call me Wednesday the 24th but did not. No, nothing is open until the procedure day. I was told that they will contact me the day before the procedure to let me know the appointment time and that would be Sunday, the day of my suppose prep? Nothing has been open since the 24th.
