Establishing new service in the area and it couldn't have been easier or quicker. I hope that this is indicative of ongoing service.
Shamefully greedy company. They monopolize the fact that they are the only company available. They quoted me $25-$35k to bring power to our lot. I built the house next door with an almost identical situation in 2021 (with IREA) and paid under $10k. I asked for itemized expenses and they are charging over $13k in labor for an install that I'm sure will take 2-3 ppl 1 day or less to complete.
