Caleb is a real professional. His follow-up and follow-through are exemplary. In fact it’s exceptional and very uncommon for this day and age. I’m 70 years old and Caleb and his crew are of the best I’ve ever worked with within my lifetime. Attention to details and jobsite cleanliness were there through the entire job. Caleb and his crew did an excellent job with my roof. He worked within my schedule, and allowed me to delay the install to get past some rain storms this spring. We were supposed to have someone come and cut holes into our roof so we could get our bathroom vents venting outside as opposed to our attic. The initial conversation seemed to go well. The person I talked to said they would stop by on a Wednesday and cut the holes. I called them back the next day to see if we could change days. I sent a text and left a voicemail to see if we could change days. There was no response to the text or the voicemail and a no show on the day they were supposed to show up.
